SAKURA’s Communication Channel is a confidential space for employees, former employees, and suppliers. Here, situations that are inconsistent with our Values and Code of Ethics and Conduct can be reported, as well as questions regarding their application. It is also the appropriate channel to report unacceptable practices that violate rules, policies, processes, or standards of conduct, and to file complaints of corruption in accordance with Brazil’s Anti-Corruption Law No. 12,846/2013. All submissions are received and handled with complete confidentiality.
